Your thoughts are lacking in information and do not bring any insight to the discussion. I wish I had read the other comments in this forum prior to signing a contract in this building myself. If you have lived there, have dealt with the leasing office, management and have personal experience to share, please do so. Otherwise, take your uninformed vague cheap shots at the forum and go back to your greasy used car lot. Used car salesman are the worst.

Everyone who has posted is totally ridiculous. You are paying less than eight hundred for a bills paid high rise, across the street from the metro rail. What do you expect! I have talked to so many people who live there and have nothing but complaints. These people obviously know nothing about downtown prices. Or prices anywhere in Houston for the matter. Where else can you live BILLS PAID for that price other than by U of H or the Galleria?
