Management agreed verbally to a lease with a short-term lease but with a $50 upcharge. The actual contract submitted by management slipped in other terms regarding the term of the lease, and I made the mistake of not reading the contract carefully. Afterwards, the management would not honor the verbal agreement, and kept the upcharge. They are not interested in fair treatment of their tenants and have a predatory attitude. The managment also has a poor reputation in the treatment of the staff. Maintenance of the common areas is minimal. The place is to be avoided.
