What is happening to Houston House

I am very concerned about the people who are running this complex. There is such an air of apathy by the entire staff that it is disheartening. Mike the "hot shot" maintenance man talks out of both sides of his face. He tells you that it is not his fault that work is not done but finds the time to sit up in his shack on the roof and drink beer with his cronies. There have been empty six packs sitting int he stairwell more and more often these days. I thought once Suzanne left, things would get better. She was one condenscending female who was more concerned with her bonus for saving money then preventive maintenance in the building. Unfortunately Wanda is not much better and the quality of tenants is getting lower and lower. If they want to improve occupancy, try investing a few dollars to fix the apartment problems rather than lowering the standards for rentals. It has been reported more than once that Brett, the meth head laundry man, moved into the back of the laundry room and nothing is done about it. He provides barely adaquate service and now is so messed up he has to live in the laundry, something is wrong with this picture. They need to take some control of things. The front desk staff is a joke. Everyone and anyone can walk through the front door unchallanged. I have seen people crashed out in the weight rooms who do not even live in the building.
