I moved into this building because I was told it was a nice place (although older) and I wanted an apartment downtown. Unfortunately, I live out of town and relied upon the recommendation of a corporate apt company. Oh, this was my bad. Upon move in, the A/C unit was only semi-operational. Sounds like a lawnmotor going in the ceiling. The overflow drain for the A/C sticks out of the ceiling above the bethroom sink. It was steady dripping water into the sink and ONTO MY HEAD when I use the sink. The apartment was hardly touched prior to move in. Stains on walls (no fresh paint), dent in dishwasher, carpet very worn, cracks/seams all over the drywall, cracked floor tiles in kitchen, don't know what the green and brown stuff is inside and around the bathtub, countertops stained and in poor condition, bathroom faucet loose and leaking, kitchen light only worked after flipping the switch off/on for a couple of minutes. What else to say' Not much. I feel like I moved into a flophouse and would be completely embarrased for anyone to come here.
