Well well, where can I start' There is just such a long list of things to talk about and unfortunately the aren't great.
1- The so-called gym room has equipment that was probably used by Napoleon's soldiers and there is absolutely no air con. With massive windows, and sunlight pouring in during the afternoon, the gym turns into more of a sauna. Work out at your own risk.
2- The apartments themselves don't have much storage. Each unit is meant to have extra storage capacity on separate levels of the garage, but these have been abandoned and some tennants that have clearly moved out forgot to take their things with them,
3- The pool is contantly leaking creating a rather disturbing trickle of water down the garage, splashing cars on all levels as it flows down.
4- The air con is contantly on the blink. You'll have more luck opening the windows and letting the breeze roll through!! At times it really probably is cooler outside that it is inside.
5- The maintenance of appliances consists of changing existing appliances from an empty apartment to an occupied one. Is it really that expensive to buy something from this century' One other thing on this point. How about cracking open a can of paint inside and out and maybe replacing that vile hallway carpet' After 20 years of walking and being peed on by dog's it's probably time to change it.
6- The laundry room is a joke.............please get rid of that annoying squatter. He didn't pay his rent so he should be removed, not allowed to sleep down there. He's creepy!!! The machines seems to be managed by an external company and they seem to breakdown quite frequently.

Trust me I could go on, but I'll spare you. As much potential as I see in this place the way it's being run today is astonishing. The management is apathtic to tennant's concerns as some people have indicated. Whilst some staff are actually great people, they are so uninspired by their roles and surroundings that they don't care about the place, they have a 'whatever' attitude. And in case the leasing agents read this, please please stop moving trashy people in. We pay enough to live decently and not have to worry about the type of people that may be living next door. I know occupancy needs to be high, but that doesn't mean let whoever walks in with enough money stay!!

And one more safety tip. Wear a hard hat when you're outside on the patio as large chunks of concrete have been known to crash down without warning!!! Seriously, no joke! Be careful!!

If you had so many complaints why didn't you say something when you lived there. The staff are normal people not mind readers. As far as allowing just anyone to move in...if you have ever worked in a leasing office there is a thing called FAIR HOUSING.They can not and will not judge based on looks. Sounds like you are just complaining to me and if you were indeed so concerned you could have said something..im sure it could have been taken care of while you were there.

i know the staff are normal people. I actually liked all the people that worked there, well almost all of them. Deborah at the front desk, Lacey and Debbie in the leasing office were great people and so is Wanda and all the maintenance guys. Suzanne was the only one that was rude and unapproachable. The point I was making was the the way things are run, mostly the owner not being willing to spend money on repairs and upkeep, the staff are then uninspired to care and I really can't blame them. That's not to say that they are bad people at all, so please let's get that clear. Secodnly, I'm all for fair housing. I'm not saying that only a certain type of people should be moved in. I'm not saying that only 'good-looking' people should move in, I'm not that narcissistic and I certainly don't judge people by their looks. What I'm saying is that there have been some questionable people that have been moved in to the building that are rude, destroy property or let there pets soil the building and some that have even skipped town without paying rent and leaving the units trashed. I'm just saying there seems to have been some lapse in judging people and I put it down to the owner or management wanting Lacey and Debbie to get as many units occupied. I did mention issues about water leaking into the garage, about pieces of concrete falling from the patio on several occasions and nothing was done about it while I was there. I'm not just venting for the sake of venting, I believe I have fair points and they are not targeted specifically at you or anyone else. I'm sorry if you perceived it to be that I was going after you, whoever you are, but I wasn't. I will say it again, the people there are great!!!! It's just sad to see people that are on a personal level so outgoing, funny, charming and enthusiastic be so unenthusiastic about the place they work in. That being said, I stand by my comments abou the state of the physical appearance of the building.
