By dream I mean: NIGHTMARE!

;THE FOLLOWING IS A SERIES OF FACTS.
The Apartment
***** The worst thing about this apartment is the AIR Quality from AC/Heat DUCTS;
PLUMBING(freshwater AND waste),Roaches,Fleas, (the gym is a lying DISGRACE)
****There is Black MOLD (YES BLACK MOLD) in the AC/heat ducts. Often when the ac or heater isn't even on AIR comes out of the VENTS and SMELLS LIKE A DEAD ANIMAL!!!!!***** also under my kitchen sink at the back dry wall there is a large square of drywall cutaway for a pipe. AIR OFTER FLOWS from this square blows my kitchen CABINET open and SMELLS YES LIKE a dead animal.
***The plumbing is Disgusting
*the water comes out RUSTY BROWN 9/10 every time i use hot water
*the kitchen sink backs up with soapy sewage waste water from others kitchens, NOT just my apartment. I VERY OFTEN see others apartments COMPLETELY flooded do to this
*Every apartment above and below you share a common vent in the kitchen and bathroom
-roaches live and thrive in these vents so Everyone has roaches (i watch them crawl from these vents)
*FLEAS in carpet of entire apartment. I don't have pets!
It took me MONTHS to get rid of them.
***(Gym Is NOT AIR CONDITIONED)GYM has 3 treadmills THAT HAVE THE CORDS CUT (they keep them in there FOR SHOW, the TV is just for show to as it does not work either. There is no way to Effectively AIR OUT THE GYM so it always STINKS and is very STUFFY.

i lived there a year ago... and a half ago. I got lucky... went with concrete over carpet... avoided the fleas. all my neighbors had roaches except me and my nearest neighbor (i had a corner). he had ferrets!! i think they ate our roaches. :) pipes and water and ac and pool and gym and parking... all VERY BAD... and when it rains.. water comes in through the sliding doors... wtf??? also, i didn't get to see my apartment till the day of the move!!!! ive seen them replace carpet with carpet from another unit... thats why you had fleas... sucks... heard a lady in the elevator once... the one that works... lol that her water comes out like tea. wow. lol.. i broke the lease... found a house for lease in the heights.. paid less. they ruined my "live downtown" experience.
