lived in 2 different two bedroom floor plans. management sucked (this was when they were alliance, I don't know anything about babcock and brown)maintenance was non existance. I had several co workers who lived there because they were right next to the job. one had his home broken into and he was shot. (Management exicted his family the next day) and another was beaten walking from his car to his apartment in an attempted mugging ( also evicted that same week.) The property looks a little run down and many of the residents look a little "thuggish". I broke my lease and I've never regretted it.
