This place is one of the nicest apartments in its area. I just found this site and noticed there aren't many recent reviews. I don't know how its changed from the past but the place is awesome. Maintenance responds to issues typically in the same day or the next. I haven't had any major problems so far (thankfully). The complex is kept clean and maintained. I couldn't be happier with the place. Might even stay another year. I'm thinking about finding a new place only to be closer to more shopping centers and a nicer nightlife. So far I haven't found anything to replace my current "home." Those places are only for the weekend right' Plus this place is closer to work. So who knows...maybe another year. If I choose to stay, I know I won't regret it.
