Mgmt. was terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived there for a year. Just moved out last month. When I asked the management company to fix things they would not happen until weeks after the request. I never knew when they were in my apartment unless something had been done or the repair man had left dirty sweat rags there. When I moved out the management company charged me $700 to replace the carpet throughout the apartment when it only needed to be steam cleaned. I moved in loving the place and moved out hating the management company. There were several break-ins to vehicles in the parking lot on numerous occasions. The last time I went there when I was moving out the access gate was broken. No one could get in and no one could get out. Now how's that for the price of living'
