I've lived here for over a year now and it's a pretty good place. I never hear any of my neighbors through the walls. I got roaches last summer cause I had the most disgusting, pothead, losers living below me. But the day they moved out I stopped having the roaches and the mgt was good about it and would come and spray my apt every week. That's been my only problem in over a year. All the other neighbors I've met are quiet and nice or just keep to themselves. The mtg is friendly and helpful, the property is pretty safe. There have been 3 muggings, but in fairness that can happen anywhere. The only ongoing problem is that there are some pot holes in the parking lot and the management takes forever to fix them (they claim their waiting for the rain to stop). If you don't mind driving around a few pot holes, i'd recommend the place. It's also in a good location in my opinion, it's 20 min from downtown, and 20 min from sugarland.

I'm getting a little tired of asking management to at least investigate problems. I live near the Kirdwood gate. There aer people on the 3rd floor that constantly through beer cans and trash off their patio. This is all the time. Also more than 4 people sleeping over there nightly. But then there are several apartments that exceed their limits. I hate to move, but it keeps getting worse and I hear they raise your rent every year.
