I moved here in July, and I'm very happy with it. The management is friendly and responsive. They've fixed the potholes in the parking lot, and they even paid for a duct cleaner to clean out the ducts in my apartment when they were smelling bad and making me nauseated. Since the ducts were cleaned, I feel better and the place smells clean. All my neighbors are pleasant, clean, and quiet. It's the best place I've lived in ten years of being in the Houston area.
