Idlewood Park Apartments

The water bill is as much living in a 3,000 sq. ft house! From: sjprintcenter@ridgways.com Date posted: 4/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   The management stinks. The water bills are so high from month to month you do not know what to expect. Right now they are doing upgrades, I guess we are paying to water the grass on the outside. I have been here four years and let me tell you the truth. After the second year we had to pay for trash pick up and water from a monthly bill of 16 thru 19.00 to 36 to forty dollars and I live in a two bedroom by myself. Other neighbors have 2 or 3 people living with them and we pay the same amount. Don't let these people fool you ask about the fluxuating water bill. I have all of my monthly water bills to prove how the bill fluxuate from month to month. Crime is a problem needs some type of security use to be this is the 3rd mgt. company in four years.
