I cant wait for my lease to be up! I do not feel safe here. People always jumping gate that don't live here. They do well and picking up all the beer bottles left on property.( I will give them that)Peoples doors get kicked in robbers will help them self's. Teens will stare you down. Guest moving out as fast as they can. Crime in area is 37 per day. LOOK IT UP PEOPLE!!! They will tell you they do well for neighborhood. No security on premises is not well. They need to check credit not just renters history. Buckle down on who they let in. Yes they are better then Apts across the street, like someone had said. Remember they are much more expensive too, and should pay for security.

This is a silly post. You obviously have an agenda against these apartments. I see very little crime at all and they are much better taken care of then any in this part of town. Do you really think this posting is going to hurt these apartments? Go tell you lies somewhere else. These are great apartments at a great rate. The most expensive aprtments on this side of towm recently had 34 cars get their windows broken out by vandals, so to blame criome on the apartment complex is silly. They do have security and I see them twice a night before 11. Plus we have the meadows police patroling Kirkwood through all hours of the night. These apartment as as safe as they come. They use to do a back ground check on all occupantants until it was deemed racists. There are plenty of good people living here and we don't need people like you telling lies about it. Move accross the street and tell me how wonderful that place is.

As i have said before the APARTMENT STAFF is posting responses to tenant complaints..Dont get mad at the tenants just fix the d**n problems!!!
