First of all the alarms in the apt do not connect to police or fire dept, they just make noise. They didn't tell me that I found out after Hurricane Ike, then I had to get my own, pay my own. Then they removed increase in the rent, which is good, but then they started charging for water, gas/ gas administration even though I don't have gas,wastewater and sewage. These changes added $70.00 minimum to my rent. Leaving a message with the answering service does not get you anywhere, you have to try and try and try until you speak with a mgmt personnel to have your concerns addressed. The worst thing is dealing with the people in the management leasing office. The management team of Gloria and Cynthia are rude, they never want to help you out, and they want eveything just their way or leave, most of all everything is about money, pay up or leave. The only good people are the maintenance staff, they have been here since the beginning. The only silver lining is that these mgmt people can be gone tomorrow.
