There gonna take you one route. theyll grab your attention when you see a dirty apt. DEMAND THE MODEL!!! if you have no choice but to stay here, tell them the only way you can rent is buy getting the model. Demand an apt that is facing Watonga or on the outer perimeter of the leasing office (the trick is, they keep them nice since they are the face of the apt.) Call before you come in, ive seen them tell people they have no models just cause they dont like the appearance of that person. Whats the race here'=purely minority. Visit the entire complex (especially at night) Be prepared to get new tires (very bad parking lot) Buy renters and FLOOD insurance (everytime it rains the water just rises, either there is no drainager or they have poor drainage) Laundry mat never has working machines 55.00 for an extra entrance card. Be prepared to either wait in your car to enter in or get out of your car and let someone in. Be prepared to driver over 3 speed bumps before entering the complex. Be prepared to smell old trash when you walk by your neighbors patio. Pool...eew (need i say more) Be prepared to hear your neighbors music. Be prepared to find out that you have to pay each month for an assigned parking space (which you still wont be able to see nor hear your car) Be prepared to park your vehicle in a tight space where no one has respect for your car door Be prepared for roaches (the leasing office will tell you theyll send someone, they never do.) they told me to go buy some chemicals((uh, no...i pay you!) Be prepared to have drains that clear slowly. Be prepared to get constant notices advising you that there has been a CRIME commited on the property. There was a murder in Auy 2007 (google the place) Be prepared for the worse.
