I been living there since may 2009. And yes there has been problems but honestly in what apartments you dont... theres always violence, robbery in every where you go. Your not safe anywhere. I was living in the back area and two weeks after my apartment got broken into and stole my laptop, yea I told the office and they just moved me to the very front.This past saturday i heard gun shots by the pool.... I was in the front patio with my son and my husband just sitting there when i heard the gun shots... I got my son and went inside.. It is a very scary feeling. But what can you do''' Go buy a house.. People living there have no other choice. I dont think is the office's fault is just the bad people being there.. Some dont even live there, they just go and do bad. I makes me angry when the bad lazy people do wrong to the hard working people trying to survive. You see so many kids walking around by them selfs knowing that is not safe.. Basiclly my point is the low imcome people have no other choice....

THATS NOT TRUE because when you pay rent they have an obligation, 100% to keep you and your family safe. They are making so much money off the residents.If they stop approving people with criminal records and up the security it would be a better environment. Never sell yourself for short. When those bullets start flying through YOUR walls you'll wanna leave then. Cuz thats what happened to my friend and after many complaints they never fixed the holes in the wall. The office have a responsibility so dont act like their doing their jobs. I have called and emailed the management company directly and they never returned any of my calls. Im glad I moved, for my kids. Thats BS what you wrote cuz they dont give a damn about you.

That is so not true... the only agency that is responsible for crime and crime control is HPD. That is why we pay our tax dollars... anyone who thinks that any Apartment Community can control crime in Southeast Houston in these desperate economic times is beyond be... wake up and smell the coffee and get real.

Girl, I dont know what kind of apartments you are used to living in but I have lived in some where there is no violence or robberies. It's called living with civilized people not with the ghetto n!ggers of N1ggerfalls.
