Offering a great special for move in. I am referring a bunch of my friends there too. Lots of trees, cheap apts. and a good location to my job. I work in restaurants.

I recieved the same special offer at move in but beware upon renewing contract. They will hit you with additional charges as in gas, trash, raise on water bill besides rent increase without notice. Be sure to check with them a couple of months ahead before you are stuck with these charges. If they promise something make sure you get it writing.
