We lived at the Inverness a couple of years ago and loved it so much that we're moving back. The management is incredibly friendly and helpful. We never had any problems with maintenance, parking, vandalism, noise, etc. Since we lived there they have completely remodeled many of the units and built a gorgeous new pool and deck. Most of the units include utilities - what a steal! We're moving back in two weeks and look forward to calling it home for a very, very long time!
