We were considering renewing our lease but after the third warning that there has been a crime in our parking lot (in the last four months) we are deciding to get out. A couple of days ago a girl was robbed at gun point just right outside our apartment. They snuck in the front gate....while the "security guard" was on duty. Management sent out a letter saying they hold no responsibility for our safety. I guess that's apartment living for you, but we thought management's response was lousy. Besides that, we are pretty content. Maintenance good, trash pick up is a plus, and the neighbors are nice (mostly quiet). Don't be fooled by the "We're about to remodel our amenities area" like we did....a YEAR ago.
