Our lease was up and there was not a chance that we were going to renew. The on-site management is rude and arrogant. From the outside, the property looks great but once you go inside a unit, you can tell it's VERY dated. 10 year old appliances that constantly break and are patched together for a temporary solution. Parking lot floods any time there's a slight rain. Speaking of the parking lot, there is not sufficient parking. If you get home late on the weekend, expect to find a space a far ways from your unit, and that's if you find one. If your AC breaks, don't expect it to get fixed until the following day. Nothing like sleeping without AC on those 90 degrees, 100% humid nights. The "security" is a joke and there have been numerous break ins as of late, including armed robbery. I have seen the guard asleep while on the job!! In regards to noise, it doesn't matter what floor you are on. You hear the people next door and especially people using the stairs.

I'm not a bitter former resident, just telling it how it is.
