Inverness Apartments

Used to be great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   We have lived here for almost 3 years and we used to love it, but in the last 3 months we have had a number of problems. Since the new management company took over the level of competence with the office staff has gone down dramatically. It took 5 visits for us to finally get a new lease to sign, and even then the terms were incorrect. During the first month on the new contract we received an eviction notice because they hadn't put the correct lease details into the computer, of course mistakes can happen, but what bothered me was that nobody even bothered to open our file to check the details before threatening such drastic action. We will be moving out as soon as our lease expires Location is good, and the price is reasonable. They are currently upgrading the apartments
