I moved in a few months ago into a two bedroom unit and I have not had any issues. I have an assigned carport right in front of my apartment and I have not had any problems. I enjoy the fitness center and the valet trash. No complaints here! If you are thinking about renting at The Inverness I would say do it. The property is older but in really good shape and very pretty.
