I lived here temporarily for the summer and the apartments are wonderful. Unfotunately, we went through Corporate Apartments of America that signed us up so all of the business had to go through them and they were way overpriced and didn't furnish the apartment as much as expected, but the Inverness is awesome and I wish I had gone directly through them. Everyone in the leasing office is very helpful and they come for maintenance requests right away. The community is beautifully landscaped and quiet..perfect for the working person. The pool area is very relaxing and there are always chairs available. The only downsides are the long staircases to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors (terrible in the heat and for moving in) and the parking. You only get one covered space per apt and there are not a lot of extra spaces. The location is really nice for getting to downtown jobs (you don't have to get on the highway) and there are grocery stores, restaurants, and banks in walking distance.
