I have lived at The Inverness for almost a year now and I have had a great experience. I have found the staff helpful, polite and very professional. The apartments are kept up very well. Parking can be an issue at times but every apartment I have ever lived in has had a problem with parking. My lease expires at the end of April and they just offered to renew me at the same rate. This is pretty cool as I did not get a raise this year and I dont think a lot of people did. I would tell someone to live here in a heart beat. Not a bad place/ Also I had an issue with a car in my covered space a few months ago and I called the answering service in the middle of the night because I wanted my place and the manager actually personally called me back at 3 in the morning.
