Quiet and secure

I have been here since the middle of 2003. The management has fixed all potholes and fence problems. The security gate works. They have a private guard at the gate at night who patrols the grounds.
The resident profile has been slowly improving and many of the noisey neighbors have left.
Overall this is a nice place to live at a great price.
