Don't be fooled my the nice decor - the place was built on the cheap and the noise level is insane. You can't enjoy your place if people are always complaining b/c you walk on your floor - imagine that - your not even allowed to walk in your own apartment. Not to mention all the noise coming out of the courtyard - during my stint a drunk actually crased into the barrier by the swimming pool almost knocking down the decorative tower. - It was constant pain in the arse and management did nothing! - Stuck up and rude is the best description. Garage parking that you have to walk half a mile to get to.

I was there the night the drunk ran into the swimming pool gate. I saw him peel out. He lived directly below me and was constantly making noise. I have lived in Jackson Hill for 2 years but I have never experienced the office staff being rude. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me, but I will say I have lived in two units there and the interior ones that face the driveway are MUCH noiser than others. I had a washing machine that overflowed constantly, so I moved, but do not live near the elevators or stairs...beware of that, the noise from people outside talking on their cell phones because you can't get a signal in the house, and the yelling of people going up and down the stairs, elevator, etc. The farther from the garage the better else you will hear the bumpy bumpy bump of people's carts all day on the tile hallways...stupid to put that in if you ask me.

I agree completely with you, the office staff is EXTREMELY rude. I leased for 1 year and could not wait to move. It was insane and when you cmplain to the upper management in the office you get treated to the most disrepect possible. The Assistant Manager and manager are both arrogant and act as though everything you say to them is a huge inconvenience and they have much better things to do. RUN!
