I have lived at Jackson Hill for almost a year. I have had no complaints so far. Yes, you can hear other people, but that will happen at ANY apartment. This is a very nice place. It is well kept and quiet. I beg to differ with the comment made about bad parking, we have reserved parking... Just read the comments for apartments in the area, they are far worse, and not nearly as nice.

The consturction is CRAP! Thin ,Thin walls! This reviewer must be one of the superstars that managment gives special parking to. I am sick of seeing the same cars parking on the 1st and 2nd floors with parking stickers for floor higher up!

the mirror hangers for our cars have nothing to do with where our parking places are, i called and asked. you see the same cars on 1 & 2 because they live on lower levels, duh. i lived in midtown before here and the parking garage was completely across the street! also, "catdoggreen" you must be new to apartment living if you dont realize that you are ALWAYS going to hear people when you are in an apartment! or maybe you have a lousy neighboor. you should consider renting top floor apartments to avoid that.
