Not bad actually. I'm pretty satisfied

Moving here from The Bel Air, I really had low expectations. After spending a year in that hole, anything was a step up. So Jackson Hill was a pleasant surprise and I'm actually satisfied living here.
It's a pretty piece of property with a nice pool and a great gym. Management is very nice and reasonable and the people seem to tilt towards the "mature" yuppie type, rather than the raucus party animals who think they're still in college.
My only complaint is the parking garage where some residents use it as some sort of test track for the Indy 500. I personally have experienced a couple near misses and can only imagine that some big crash will be inevitable.
Parking is fine; the spaces are assigned and I never found my space occupied and there are security guards hanging around at night.
Overall, I find no huge reason to move out at the end of my lease and if the rent increase is reasonable, I'll stay.
