Seriously, Jackson Hill - can you at least pretend you want to support your tenants?

Jackson Hill cares about one thing only: new tenants moving in. This is obvious by the fact that moving trucks line the courtyard everyday with an incredibly turnover that I have never seen in any other apartment complex. When you are looking for an apartment, they will do everything you want but as soon as you sign that lease its:
- Oh, about that maintenance request you put in last week? Ya, it got lost. we'll get around to it eventually.
- No bicycles allowed on your balcony or even briefly in the hallway or you get a fine all of a sudden - but no, we won't add sufficient bicycle rack space to the garages so that your bikes are scratched, damaged and stolen
- We want to torture you by having our leaf blower walk around making as much noise as possible as often as we can. We have him start early in the morning to wake you.
- All the outdated broken equipment in the gym will get fixed... some day (incredibly under-equipped gym btw)
- Ooops, you mean we didn't tell you would have to listen to construction outside your door even on SUNDAY mornings when you first moved in here?
- You work from a home office but the power keeps going out every day? Sorry!
For such exorbitant rent, this place really needs to work on catering to its EXISTING tenants and not just finding new ones.

This is a ridiculous review. 1) the high turnover is probably due to the fact that many of the tenants are young professionals living in the apartments for only 1-2 yrs at a time; 2) My maintenance requests are usually answered THE SAME DAY; 3) I have hardly ever noticed the leaf blowers..and I'm sure if they were gone you'd complain about all the leaves everywhere given all the beautiful trees on the property; 4) I have never been disturbed by construction; 5) I have NEVER had issues with the power, EVER (obviously not counting the time the power was down due to Hurricane Ike)

awesome REVIEW!!!! I wholeheartedly AGREE with these complaints.... HORRIBLY managed property.... repair request take FOREVER to be commplete, my apartment LEAKS water everytime it rains---- there are water marks to prove this, and just horrible customer service.
