Jefferson House Apartments are horrible. There is a bad roach problem, the maitenance men do not like to work and fix any problems your apartment may have. I have been complaining about my a/c for a while now and even though they know it is 100 degrees outside they still wont come and fix it. I am not going to lie the people in the office for the most part are nice people but not nice enough to make me want to stay here any longer than i already have.
