I have been living in these apartment for a little more than a year now and so far so good!! I've never had a problem with anything or anybody and when I do they fix it quick...its is quiet, safe, calm and my neighbors are sweet and friendly. And the price is great...It sure beats any other apartments in the Spring Branch area!!!! The pools area ALWAYZ clean...nice picnic tables to enjoy the day outside...all the laudry rooms have A/C...you need and access key to get it and a code to get out...now if these do not sound like good apartments to you then you are living in the wrong side of town!!!!

Sound very nice, you must be be an employee there trying to rent apartments. you forgot to mention the brown water that sometime comes out of the sink or the dumpsters always overflowing with trash, good try anyways.

I don't agree with you...My neighbors are wonderful and care to get to know you and i've never seen the dumpsters over loaded with trash. As for the brown water, you can thank our polluted city for that. I hopw you find the time to get to know your neighbors, i know they would be fond of getting to know you.
