Ive been living here since, mar 09 and I must say these apts are much better than my last apts I lived in, I havent noticed any cars being broke into since Ive been here, I do keep to myself like a hermit, so I never talk to my neighbors, I keep that way because I dont want any one to know bout my buisness. But ne way the management is ok, I had a few problems and maitenance seems slow, but it was minor stuff. Its very quiet during the night, I dont hear any domestic violence like my last apt, I hated that, and I never hear loud music at all, even on fri nights or sat nights. They changed managment a couple months ago, but it hasnt bothered me. Ive met the security gaurd once, rolling around on a mountain bike, but Im not to sure when he patrols, I do feel alot safer in these apts than in my last apts. But overall you get alot of value for your money, I could move to a high end apt, but thats not always the better choice, I like the fact theres a fire dept and ems just 40 yards away from the complex. So far so good, Ill probably live here for a while until I move into a townhome. Because Overall all apt complex are not perfect!
