Worst Management in Houston

We chose this place because it was the biggest apartment in the area for 4 roommates. They promised that the apt would be ready for us on the first and when we showed up they had not even typed up our lease & it took 2 & 1/2 hours to sign our lease & get the keys. When we moved out the things that were not fixed brefore we moved in were still broken. They charged us M-T-M fees for not signing a lease renewal that we requested be typed up for three months. This happened twice. They never sent out lease renewal letters and when we requested one they sent us a past due balance notice for the M-T-M fees. The courtesy officer was called to the leasing office to ask us to leave because the leasing agent was sick and she did not feel like dealing with us about our past due balance. The parking was terriable and our neighbors kept parking behind us bolcking us in & management said that it was not their problem. We were never able to use the pool because it was never cleaned the 2 yrs we lived there. They even charged us for one day rent after we moved out because the leasing agent did not get the key until she opened the office the following day. The staff and Management Co were the rudist I had ever had to deal with.
