This is one of the worst complexes I have ever lived in. The maintainance quality is atrocious-it takes an act of congress to get anything fixed within 2-3 weeks. When it is finally "fixed" you then discover that they don't really repair anything, they are just really good at covering up. The utility bills come at random it seems, never really at any particular time of the month. Sometimes we have received 2 bills in one month...this led us to being behind. The bills are outrageous here, more than any other place I have lived. There's teens and other seedy people roaming the complex at all hours of the night. At least once a week the cops,ambulance or fire department are called. Parking is crazy. There is assigned parking but no one seems to care. They park wherever. We've even witnessed a confrontation between neighbors over this subject where a gun was drawn. The apartment staff is rude and just downright lazy. They do not follow through on anything. When we moved in we made a list of things that needed to be done and some of it was related to safety and security issues. To this day those things have not been done in spite of numerous requests and their promises and empty words. We are trying to get out of here as quickly as we can!
