First of all you will never have anything done in your apt,even if you have a leak from next door for nearly a week and trust me your carpets WILL GROW MUSHROOMS!
The office staff are rude and lazy.I had to wait nearly 3 minutes while the woman was on the phone telling someone on the phone about the night before.
Parking is hard to find, even when you have assigned parking.You will always have thugs roaming the complex loitering and hitting on girls.
Cars get broken into ALL the time, people are having their homes broken into and being robbed lately.Mailboxes get broken into nearly daily, takes 2 weeks before they are fixed-so your mail is on hold at the PO.
Utility bills are sent when they get their lazy butts around to it.Alot of times 2-3 electric bills monthly.Not to mention $300 electric bills for one month'Hmmm
The safety of the apts are a concern, alot of fire hazards. And don't count on being able to run your air and washer/dryer at the same time.
Pools look like a swamp. Im suprised people don't turn up missing in them. When they do "LOOK" clean, your eyes will bleed.
Exiting on to Kimberley LN is dangerous do to SUV after SUV blocking your view to pull out.
They refuse to steam clean my carpets after 3 years of me being here,I had to clean the mushrooms up myself and do my room by myself.But hey at least the water stopped.
Their has not been one positive review for this place, you should really take the advice given here.

OMG! This place is soo horrible! When we first moved in before the Katrina incident this place was decent anyways. Now, things have completely gone down hill. The mgt sucks! I have mold growing by my windows and patio doors. The ceiling above my door is fixing to collapse completely. 3 writtin letters and complaints and yet nothing is done still. Its down to taking pictures and sending them to the manager....if there even there! If nothing is done we're leaving! This is completely unhealthy, a health hazard for our children and us! I hate it!! Do not live here!!
