I wanted my daughter to go to a good school-I was dumb enough to think that if I lived in Spring Branch it would be a good neighborhood- I might as well move to Southeast- My ac has been broken twice and now it never really cools- I get my electric bill at the most every other month- my car has been broken into they tried to steal the stereo- there is always trash everywhere in front of your door- and worst of all my husband stepped on glass that was inside of the pool- he had seven stitches and over 1500$ of medical bills- Mikob properties and Kensington office staff so far has said nothing but oh well we are looking into it- the office staff and Mikob properties is nothing but incredibly rude- I would pay you NOT to move here- good luck living in the GHETTO

I would have to agree, this is the worse place and property management I have ever seen...the management company is also the worst...
