I was assured prior to moving into Kensington club that their "background" check was to look for felons- such as sex offender. Well I took a look at the texas sex offender list and found that we have one here convicted of assault of a 10 yr old and a 16 yr old.
We have 2 young girls and now we have to be that more worried about them just walking to the car! Let alone them going out to play.
We have had numerous problems in this complex including our AC and electrical wiring. Dispite the speed bumps they have, people still insist on driving 50mph.
Cars are always getting broken into, and the mngmnt does not care. Office staff is pure RUDE, I wish I had found this website prior to moving in here.
