I THOUGHT LIKE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT MOVING IN KENSINGTON WAS A GOOD CHOICE. WE HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH MOLD AND MILDEW SINCE WE GOT HERE. WHEN IT RAINS WE GET FLOODED OUT. AND WE SOME HOW KEEP BALANCE FOR UTLITIES EVEN AFTER WE PAY. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BY A HOME AND EVEN THOUGH OUR LEASE HAS BEEN UP FOR 3 MONTHS ALREADY THE APARTMENT KEEP GIVING OUR LOAN OFFICER BAD INFO ABOUT US. THEY ARE TRYING EVERYTHING IN THERE POWER TO KEEP US HERE IN THIS NIGHTMARE.
