I wish I check this apt out before I moved in really good it's ok but the floor's in the master bedroom isn't level . The kitchen is not a kitchen your washer and dryer are in the kitchen you have none cabinet space for your dishes or food.
When we moved in we ask about the carpet
and they said they were just put in when there stain on the carpet in the living room and stain in the master. There cleaner
or maintence people didn't even wipe off the doors the doors were all dirty with whatever on them. We wrote them three times
to get things fixed around here it wasn't intil I went into the office intil it was finally done.
In the master bathroom when I was getting out of the shower right before the
cover of the light failed off and it was glass and broke.
The hot water pressure is low the garbage
disposal is always breaking.
Our patio door you can't really open in less up pick it up and push it open and the apt said they were going to fixed it and when it is heavy rain and windy the fence is on the ground and we have our grill and stuff on the pation but intil it's life threating then they fixed it.
Now just the other day someone threw a egg
on our car for what reason I don't know.
When I walk out side the way some people look who lived look very suspicious.
Also I saw two kids walking as I was walking out to my car and someone speeding in the parking and because he almost hit the
kids he ran into the car why was speeding
and he acted as it was the kids fault when
he was speeding in the parking .
People who lived around here are just trashy some are descent and I feel because I have little kids and so do others and with
in descent people living around our kids and how there action are around them are going to not learn well I want out of here
so my kids can play in a nice neibhorhood.

I also live in these apartments I moved in because it was close to my job and because I thought the area was good. I have a huge 3 bdrm apartment and pay 730.00 a month and I am a single mother of 3 so that's why I moved in and I love the park. when I moved in my fridge, stove and w/d connections didnt work. they fixed my fridge within 3 days because I moved in on a friday and wknds theyre off(maintenence) In all it took almost the whole month to get everything fixed. My a/c has broken about 4 times. I've been there 6 months and they still have not fixed the hole in the bootom om my living room wall thats letting water soak up in my carpet and has ruined my entertainment center. The manager is so political never gives a straight answer and the maintenece is incompetent not to mention preety much non existant. All of these accusations are true. Im gonna try the certified letter trick. Rent at your own risk
