A Nightmare

From the outside, I thought this was a nice apartment, nice neighborhood, right by a school and all, but once I moved in, the nightmare started! The walls are paperthin, you can hear every single word the person next door says. the hot water is a light flow, and not even hot at all, the carpet isn't secured into the floor, you can pick it up from any of the corners, and there is a lot of drug dealing right in the open, nobody seems to care. i have seen gang-related fights outside int he parking lots, and a friend has had his car broken in twice already. a majority of the people living there have large pit bulls who are not friendly, and children roam the streets at all hours of the day, even during school hours. i have even seen a couple of children no older than 10 walking around at 2 in the morning. the management doesn't care, you ahve to go in person and complain numberous times before they'll do anything about it. they do not allow regular cable, you have to have dish tv, which is expensive. parking is a nightmare, especially if you live near the office, you're assigned to a spot on the curb that's always full.
