I lived here for 2 months. The roof leaks, the AC leaked for 10 days before I called EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE to come and fix it. I believe Maintenance is inexistent here. I called every day and kept a call log of who i spoke with and what they said. From the moment i moved in I have called the office everyday to fix something. They steal from Peter to pay Paul here. They only want to get the mere minimal done to shut you up. Management finally let me out of my lease after 2 months because I certified mail them of the problems and gave them 7 days to fix everything but didn't want to fix the roof or get the AC fixed properly or change the carpet where the AC leaked for 10 days. Please I beg of you DO NOT LEASE HERE. Parking is ridiculous, my car was broken into cause I couldn't park my car in front of the apt. and we tried to get the other people cars parked and they said only the Apartment complex could do that. STAY AWAY!!!
