The company that owns/manages this complex should fire the manager, all office staff and the maintenance crew. The grounds are filthy, the manager is "invisible" and her support staff are terrible and do not do their jobs because she, the manager, is terrible and does not perform her job duties. It is like living in a government housing project. You are supposed to have assigned parking. YEAH RIGHT!! GUN SHOTS in the night quite often. Also, I have been waiting to have problems fixed for 4 months. The maintenance people just come whenever they want to and do not speak english-ever! Therefore they do not leave workslips when they do come into your apartment when they finally make it around to it. So when you come home and nothing is fixed, you do not know if your apartment was broken into or what...just that someone has been in your place. That is until you complain to the office again and they tell you that Jose did come by and just is unable to repair the problem. Okay why can't they just hire some one that is able to handle the position'

I think Sheffeld/Princeton Club are the worst.Nicole tells lots of lies and its not her fault.She doesnt know how to tell the tenants that they only have one maintenance man for two properties.
