Overflowing Sewage in Parking Lots From: Call_The_Cops Date posted: 2/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Most recent murder: 02/06/2006 Complex has been in the news twice this year for criminal activity and the year is only five weeks old. Sewage leaks can be seen and smelled thoughout the complex. Flies from uncollected garbage are like something out of a third world nation. Junk cars are never towed. No security. Drug dealers. Gunshots heard nightly. Loud music. Unpredictable and outrageous water and electric bills. Maitenence staff is unskilled and inadiquate. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. The City Of Houston needs to inspect and fine this place.
