Maintenance is done correctly when they have the time to get around to doing the maintenance. Communication among staff members is extremely bad. They also don't inform tenants of any problems. They lie very well. THe grounds is littered with trash more often then not. Tenants put their trash out days before pickup (which brings rodents). Management never addresses the problems. Drugs are being dealt on the property and management seems not to care.

I live there now and I disagree maybe because I just moved there 3months ago but everything seems to be ok now. Ive heard alot about this property and I do see improvements hopefully I want encounter the thing the past residents had to deal with. I have two small children and I would hate for them to be hurt so, to the staff keep up the good work and dont let me down or else.
