A monkey can manage these apartments better than the fools who does right now. The only problem is people tend to look at this website after they have moved in like I did! Pedro, the maintenance guy lied to my fiance and told him he wasn't the maintenance guy just so he wouldn't be asked to do something.I moved in only three weeks ago and I still haven't received a mailbox key. One thing I do to keep myself safe document wise is always ask for a copy of everything we transact in the office because other wise they will try to get over on you! The management are crooks...they try to find any way to get extra money and they do not do anything! It takes too long for maintanence to fix the problem. If you come home between the times of 3-8pm all you see is kids outside and teenagers all in the middle of the street. Management just got a new person in it AGAIN and they so called fired the bad workers but when will they exile all of the bad tenants that makes the place look horrible. Its a nice location, they're big, and would be beautiful if there was better landscaping. These apartments could make alot of money if the stupid people were gone,management shaped up, maintenance didn't lie about who they were, and they painted and fixed the outside of the apartments. But you will wait forever before they do that. So don't hold your breath and don't move in. This is my assessment after only staying there 3 WEEKS! i can't wait until 6 months has passed.

You are so correct these aparments are huge, and very cloes to everything but, the staff is outrageous

if u were to be smarter u would of checked out the apartments at night before movin in to them just to see how it is while u are gone!

I did dumb ass but what does that have to do with the people in the office being inadequate? If you were smarter you would have thought before you typed this?
