hi well im going to tell you something all of you people! i can seriously go through all this reviews and point out who is who! why may you ask' well i know lots of these residents because i myself have been staying here for 3 years! and all of these residents are nothing but trouble! yes i said it trouble! a couple of these are actually getting evicted and thats why they are giving reviews like this! open up the truth.... the truth is yes this apartments have had some maintaince problems but the new guy they hired is just great! he fixed my things about 1 day after i asked for it to be fixed and sometimes sooner!!!!! so stop complaining pay your rent and shut the hell up!

Lol, That's bull about maintenance. The only time they will come out is if you threaten to call the houston apartment association. Paramedics come through the complex on a regular basis. Don't let your kids play at the park alone. There are crackheads and child molesters out there. Instead of property managers posting bogus bsish on this site thry should take the time and invest in apartment security!!

Well, I've lived on this property for 15 years and they managent staff and the owners suck!!! This property was much better back in the early and mid 90's.

You're the stupid and ignorant one cursing at people like you have nothing else in your vocabulary to say. Who else would get this upset over something unless they worked for the apartments or was the owner? You need to wake up and realize that these apartments are nothing but a roach motel that is made for people who can stay there only because that is what they can afford. Why else is Houston Apartment Association out there every other month? People do not pay their money every month just to have to look at roaches, see crazy people, and get into arguments with office staff all the time. If they keep this up they will only attract the type of tenants that doesn't pay their rent on time. These apartments are disorganized and raunchy and as a matter of fact I think I might just report them to the beaureu one last time before my lease is up and then I am out of there. Oh and by the way.. I paid my rent every time ON TIME! But Kensington will never get my business ever again or anyone else that I know. Have a nice life...

Look people I moved in ken april by ----- that only moves her ------ to show apartments but not to write a work order or take care of the units... it is true the apartments are a dump and I myself have reported problems suck as leaks in the roof, stopped up toliets, sinks leaks and stopoped up and this was before IKE gotten 2 more leaks in the roof since then... the only problem i seriously thought i would have was roaches because come on ----- told me they will come out every week to spray if i wanted them to so before i signed the lease I knew this was a potential problem... but what I did not know was about the LIVE BATS that swarm the apartments at night, BEES using my porch as the mating ground and the fact that the apartments don't care about the units as far as keeping them up... spraying paint over a leaks does not mean the leak is fix... and look i have room to complain I PAY MY RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH... sorryness is just sorryness... guess what WHEN TENANTS MOVE OUT GUESS WHO STEALS THERE STUFF THE PEOPLE THAT SHOULD BE FIXING THE APARTMENTS IS MOVING GOODS, PRODUCTS, AND WHATEVER PEOPLE LEAVE BEHIND AND SOME TIMES THE EVICTION PROCESS IS NOT COMPLETE(AGAINST THE LAW) AND i KNOW MORE SO EVERY NEWS STATION, AGENCY, THAT I CAN REPORT THIS i WILL... Good Luck Ken, you should have fixed my unit. and if the owners are not aware of the slumming and its the staff... Well wake up take care of your business.

anonymous with the video did you not know that filming children is illegal? i understand ur point! this apartments do suck... but filming children??? i hope no one from the office or the parents of this kids find out cus it will not be good news m'am or sir. if i were u i would take this video off! if you want to show something show somethin else not kids! i wonder if the office can recognize the location of ur apartment due to the mailbox....

Mikob properties,Capital Estates, Balboa, Harbortree or any of their properties do not pay their vendors please note if you are a contractors DO NOT PERFORM any work for them. No payment of any invoices since April 2008. 9 months behind.

I am so fed up with Kensington Club that I am ready to blow the whole damn place up! First of all getting rid of ----- was the best thing they could've done... but it STILL wasn't enough! ------- is very friendly... but you can be the nicest person in the world and STILL not do your job! I've been told since OCTOBER when the mold from IKE started growing that I would have my sheetrock replaced... here it is JULY (9 whole months later!) and I STILL have a moldy roof! My son was 5 months old at the time and has since been diagnosed with asthma because of it! This place is the absolute WORST and I can't believe they're proud of the crap they are doing to people! They need to be shut down! I mean really though, my CHILD has been diagnosed with a lifetime long illness because of THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
