One bad seed ruins the bunch. Heidi does not like her job and she needs to move on. The others in the office mean well, but I think Julian may be scared to step up to her. And she just pulls the wool over Velmas eyes. I like Ghermo (my spelling is probably way off) The maintanence when they come, are ok. They try to cut corners to save money and in the long run it will just cost them more to do it right later. There are roaches (ever seen the move Joe's Apartment') Keep your place clean, it will help a lot too, but the last excuse I got was that they didnt have a contract with an exterminator! That was over a month ago, and still no one has come to my apartment. Keep documents if you do move in here! The location is good, close to schools, shopping and the park accross the street is awesome! The layout and the size of the apartments is great for the price, but I guess you cant have everything. My post is anon because I currently live here. I will re-new my lease, because I can handle a bitchy assist. Manager, and I can deal with shotty maint because for us the location is great. But I would not recomend them to any one, as I would feel horrible for moving a friend or associate into a place that I knew is nothing but a headache. As soon as we can afford to leave we will be gone too. I hope this post helps someone trying to make a decision, and if things change I will update my post. I dont think they will get any better tho.
