	The whole building is simply falling apart, construction on "renovations" has been going on for over a year with no end in sight. Water pipes break, days without hot water, laundry room (when they work)is a mess, tenants pass out ... more

	Rent is 600 range for less than 600 sq feet. Pool is stained but well kept. Drug problems are rampant, someone call crimestoppers.
