Considering the price and the neighborhood, this is not too bad of a place to live. It is very quiet, seems to have an overall good resident base, and the maintenance staff is professional and committed to getting the job done right. Now, the management is a little different story. First off, lose the cablemaxx or whoever cable provider ya'll use. Think Time Warner is expensive' Wait till you see these guys! And they don't even offer high speed internet service. Also, I have the belief that there is some rule in the employee contract that says you cannot work there for more than 3 months, because the whole staff is new from when I moved in earlier this year! Also, they aren't the brightest bulbs on any tree. And the post below that says it smells like a sewer.....he isn't exactly lying. If you get a breeze that blows over the West U Wastewater treatment plant one block over, shut the doors and stay inside because the smell will gag you. Awful, but nothing to do with the apartment complex itself. Overall, this is a fine place to live with good service, nice apartments with new carpet (saw them tear the previous carpet out of a unit and install brand new, so I know this happens), and very very quiet.
And by the way, looking at the HPD crime stats from January 2006 to now, exactly 1 event occurred in the proximity of 7500 Kirby, and it was apparently off of the property. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
