okay, i feel your pain, but, crime is everywhere no matter where you live or how much you pay in rent or mortgage. it happens right down the street in our 800k neighborhood. do not leave anything of value in your vehicle unless you park your car in your garage on your own property. the changes with the new management has impacted this community a great deal. the reduction in security alone has caused more than inconvenience at the gate, it's the lack of peace of mind in most residents and i fear the move out rate is going to steadily increase. this is a serious issue... security is a 24/7 ammenity that this community has to have. roaches? i wouldn't say "roaches" would be a problem. i haven't seen any roaches in my years here. i've seen outdoor tree roaches, that's just nature. people hanging out, who determines who lives here or not. i think that statement could be misinterpreted. most people here are medica professionals who work long shifts, so they hang out for fresh air when then can. if you ask me, the valet trash staff are more suspect than visitors. i always know when they are on the property. overall, can't beat the location, one jst has to take precaution wherever they live or work.

I also live in this complex, and I was wondering why management would send out a letter to all tenants about the vehicle break-in and fail to mention anything about a homicide on site or a tenant being assualted? To me, these seem like far more serious crimes than a vehicle break-in.
